🚆 Train Ticket Booking Assistance

Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

By proceeding with payment, the user (“You”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

⚖️ Legal / T&C Line (Strong Suggestion)

“User will have a maximum of 40 minutes from advisor connection time to interact and make a booking decision. After expiry, the session will be auto-closed and fee will be non-refundable.”

1. Nature of Service (Service की प्रकृति)

1.1 This service is a paid booking assistance and advisory service only.
1.2 The service aims to assist users in improving their chances of train ticket confirmation by providing guidance based on publicly available IRCTC data and rules.
1.3 This service does NOT guarantee ticket confirmation under any circumstances.
1.4 Final ticket confirmation depends solely on IRCTC availability, rules, quotas, system conditions, and operational factors.

2. Scope of Assistance

The assistance may include:

  • Train and route suggestions
  • Class and quota guidance
  • Waiting list probability analysis
  • One-to-one chat support with a Train Ticket Expert

🚫 The service does not include:

  • Booking tickets on behalf of the user
  • Accessing or operating the user’s IRCTC account

All bookings must be completed only by the user using their own IRCTC credentials.

3. Booking Assistance Fee

3.1 A Booking Assistance Fee of ₹299 + Applicable GST is charged for this service.
3.2 This fee is applicable solely for assistance and advisory support and does not include ticket booking or confirmation.
3.3 The fee is non-transferable and is applicable per consultation.
3.4 The advisory/consultation charges are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company, with or without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

If no confirmed ticket is obtained despite following the expert’s guidance, the Booking Assistance Fee will be refunded, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Refund Conditions

Refund shall be applicable only if:

  • The user follows the guidance provided by the expert, and
  • The ticket does not get confirmed or upgraded to RAC.
4.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ No Refund Policy

No refund shall be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If the user books a ticket at a waiting list number higher than the waiting list number advised by the Advisor.
  • If even a single seat is confirmed or allotted under RAC, the 2x refund benefit shall not be applicable.
  • If the Advisor provides guidance regarding seat confirmation probability, but the user chooses not to proceed with the booking, no refund shall be applicable.
  • If the user books a ticket for a train number, route, or journey details other than those advised by the Advisor, no refund shall be provided.
  • If the user books a ticket in the same train suggested by the Advisor but at a waiting list number higher than the one communicated, the user shall not be eligible for any refund.
  • No refund shall be applicable in cases where the user has provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information at the time of consultation or booking.
  • If the user fails to book the ticket under the train seat availability option advised by the Advisor, or does not provide the booked train ticket or PNR number, the user shall not be eligible for the 2x refund benefit.
  • Failure by the user to book the train ticket in accordance with the Advisor’s recommendation within the specified time, or to share the booked ticket or PNR number, shall result in ineligibility for the 2x refund benefit.
  • Where the Advisor provides booking guidance for alternative origin or destination stations, beyond the user-specified From–To stations, solely for the purpose of improving ticket confirmation probability, the Booking Assistance Fee shall remain non-refundable. Refund shall be applicable only in cases where no ticket is confirmed or allotted under RAC.

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

5.1 The service does not promise, assure, or guarantee ticket confirmation.
5.2 Any reference to “improving chances” shall not be interpreted as a guarantee.
5.3 The company shall not be held liable for ticket non-confirmation due to IRCTC rules or system limitations.

6. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate journey details
  • Maintain confidentiality of IRCTC login credentials

🚫 Under no circumstances will the company or expert:

  • Ask for IRCTC passwords
  • Log in to the user’s IRCTC account

7. Misuse & Conduct Policy

The company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if the user:

  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Uses abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language

8. Service Availability

8.1 Expert availability depends on operational hours and demand.
8.2 Delays may occur during peak booking periods.
8.3 Such delays shall not be treated as service deficiency.

9. Data Collection

Collected data may include:

  • Journey details
  • Chat communications
  • Payment transaction information

🚫 We do NOT collect:

  • IRCTC passwords
  • Bank details
  • Card CVV or UPI PIN

10. Use of Data

User data is used solely for:

  • Providing booking assistance
  • Customer support and refunds
  • Legal and regulatory compliance

Data is not sold or misused.

11. Data Sharing

Data may be shared only with:

  • Authorized service experts
  • Payment gateway partners
  • Legal authorities, if required

12. Data Security

Industry-standard security practices are followed.
However, users acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

  • Ticket non-confirmation
  • IRCTC system failures
  • Changes in railway rules or quotas

Maximum liability shall not exceed the Booking Assistance Fee paid.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

Acceptance

By clicking “Pay ₹299 & Get Assistance”, the user confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms
  • Acknowledge that ticket confirmation is not guaranteed
  • Agree to be legally bound by this policy

Up to 2× Refund* Assistance Fee Policy

1.Nature of the Benefit :

The “Up to 2× Refund* Assistance Fee” is a conditional promotional benefit offered by Sure Trip and shall be governed strictly by these Terms & Conditions. This benefit does not constitute a guarantee of refund or ticket confirmation.

2.Definition of 2× Refund

For the purposes of this policy:

a) The first 1× refers to the Assistance Fee actually paid by the user for the advisory service.

b) The additional 1× refund shall be calculated against the actual train travel fare paid by the user for the same route for which advisory assistance was taken, subject to a maximum limit equal to the Assistance Fee paid.

Under no circumstances shall the total refund exceed two times (2×) the Assistance Fee paid.

3.Illustrative Example (Non-Binding)

If a user pays ₹299 as Assistance Fee for advisory support for one seat from Pune to Ahmedabad and the advised waitlisted ticket does not get confirmed, the user may be eligible to receive:

-₹299 as refund of Assistance Fee, and

-An additional refund equivalent to the actual train fare paid for the same route, capped at ₹299.

The total refund shall not exceed of advice fees.

This example is for illustration only and shall not override the eligibility conditions.

4. Eligibility Criteria

The 2× Refund* Assistance Fee benefit shall apply only if:

a) The user has followed the Advisor’s guidance for the specified route and journey details.

b) The advised waitlisted ticket does not get confirmed or upgraded to RAC.

c) The user undertakes train travel on the same route for which advisory assistance was availed.

d) The travel ticket submitted as proof is issued after chart preparation of the originally advised PNR.

5. Submission of Travel Proof

To claim the additional 1× refund, the user must submit valid travel proof as follows:

a) E-Ticket: Proof must be emailed on the same day of travel.

b) Counter Ticket: Proof must be emailed within two (2) days from the date of travel.

Proof must be sent to the Company’s officially designated email ID (refund.suretrip@gmail.com) and must clearly mention journey date, route, fare paid, and ticket details.

6 Non-Compliance

Failure to submit valid proof within the prescribed timelines shall render the user ineligible for the additional 1× refund.

7. Exclusions

The 2× Refund* Assistance Fee shall not apply if:

-Any seat is confirmed or allotted under RAC.

-The user travels on a route other than the one advised.

-The travel proof is incomplete, unverifiable, or misleading.

-The travel ticket predates chart preparation of the advised PNR.

-The user violates any other applicable Terms & Conditions.

8. Verification & Company Discretion

Sure Trip reserves the right to verify all claims and to approve or reject any refund request. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable Indian laws.

9 Mode of Refund

Refunds shall be processed only through the original mode of payment. No cash payment, interest, or additional compensation shall be payable.
