By proceeding with payment, the user (“You”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
“User will have a maximum of 40 minutes from advisor connection time to interact and make a booking decision. After expiry, the session will be auto-closed and fee will be non-refundable.”
1.1 This service is a paid booking assistance and advisory service only.
1.2 The service aims to assist users in improving their chances of train ticket confirmation by providing guidance based on publicly available IRCTC data and rules.
1.3 This service does NOT guarantee ticket confirmation under any circumstances.
1.4 Final ticket confirmation depends solely on IRCTC availability, rules, quotas, system conditions, and operational factors.
The assistance may include:

All bookings must be completed only by the user using their own IRCTC credentials.
3.1 A Booking Assistance Fee of ₹299 + Applicable GST is charged for this service.
3.2 This fee is applicable solely for assistance and advisory support and does not include ticket booking or confirmation.
3.3 The fee is non-transferable and is applicable per consultation.
3.4 The advisory/consultation charges are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company, with or without prior notice.
If no confirmed ticket is obtained despite following the expert’s guidance, the Booking Assistance Fee will be refunded, subject to these Terms.
Refund shall be applicable only if:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
No refund shall be applicable under the following circumstances:
5.1 The service does not promise, assure, or guarantee ticket confirmation.
5.2 Any reference to “improving chances” shall not be interpreted as a guarantee.
5.3 The company shall not be held liable for ticket non-confirmation due to IRCTC rules or system limitations.

8.1 Expert availability depends on operational hours and demand.
8.2 Delays may occur during peak booking periods.
8.3 Such delays shall not be treated as service deficiency.

Industry-standard security practices are followed.
However, users acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
The company shall not be liable for:
Maximum liability shall not exceed the Booking Assistance Fee paid.
These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
By clicking “Pay ₹299 & Get Assistance”, the user confirms that they:
The “Up to 2× Refund* Assistance Fee” is a conditional promotional benefit offered by Sure Trip and shall be governed strictly by these Terms & Conditions. This benefit does not constitute a guarantee of refund or ticket confirmation.
For the purposes of this policy:
a) The first 1× refers to the Assistance Fee actually paid by the user for the advisory service.
b) The additional 1× refund shall be calculated against the actual train travel fare paid by the user for the same route for which advisory assistance was taken, subject to a maximum limit equal to the Assistance Fee paid.
Under no circumstances shall the total refund exceed two times (2×) the Assistance Fee paid.
If a user pays ₹299 as Assistance Fee for advisory support for one seat from Pune to Ahmedabad and the advised waitlisted ticket does not get confirmed, the user may be eligible to receive:
-₹299 as refund of Assistance Fee, and
-An additional refund equivalent to the actual train fare paid for the same route, capped at ₹299.
The total refund shall not exceed of advice fees.
This example is for illustration only and shall not override the eligibility conditions.
The 2× Refund* Assistance Fee benefit shall apply only if:
a) The user has followed the Advisor’s guidance for the specified route and journey details.
b) The advised waitlisted ticket does not get confirmed or upgraded to RAC.
c) The user undertakes train travel on the same route for which advisory assistance was availed.
d) The travel ticket submitted as proof is issued after chart preparation of the originally advised PNR.
To claim the additional 1× refund, the user must submit valid travel proof as follows:
a) E-Ticket: Proof must be emailed on the same day of travel.
b) Counter Ticket: Proof must be emailed within two (2) days from the date of travel.
Proof must be sent to the Company’s officially designated email ID (refund.suretrip@gmail.com) and must clearly mention journey date, route, fare paid, and ticket details.
Failure to submit valid proof within the prescribed timelines shall render the user ineligible for the additional 1× refund.
The 2× Refund* Assistance Fee shall not apply if:
-Any seat is confirmed or allotted under RAC.
-The user travels on a route other than the one advised.
-The travel proof is incomplete, unverifiable, or misleading.
-The travel ticket predates chart preparation of the advised PNR.
-The user violates any other applicable Terms & Conditions.
Sure Trip reserves the right to verify all claims and to approve or reject any refund request. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable Indian laws.
Refunds shall be processed only through the original mode of payment. No cash payment, interest, or additional compensation shall be payable.
