1. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Pension Plus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds for any paid features or services used through the Pension Plus mobile application and official website (www.pensionplus.co.in).

2. Free Services

Free services include but are not limited to:

  • Financial calculators (Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, SIP, EMI, PPF, etc.)
  • Financial news and updates
  • Interest rate comparisons

No refunds are applicable for these services.

3. Paid Features – Ask AI Advisor

3.1 Overview

“Ask AI Advisor” uses a paid, point-based system with the following rules:

  • Earn points via in-app ads (mobile only)
  • Purchase points using UPI, cards, wallets
  • Points consumed per AI chat
3.3 Point Validity
  • Purchased Points: Valid for 1 month (50% lapse after expiry)
  • Earned Points: Valid for 1 month (50% lapse after expiry)
3.4 Exceptions – When Refunds Are Considered

Refunds are rare and allowed only in these cases:

  • Technical failure (points not credited)
  • Duplicate transactions

To claim a refund:

  • Email: info@pensionplus.co.in
  • Within 7 calendar days of the transaction
  • Provide transaction ID, payment proof, and user contact

Approved refunds processed in 7–14 business days.

4. Usage Disclaimer

All AI responses are for informational purposes only. Pension Plus is not liable for actions taken based on AI responses.

5. Platform Limitations

  • Ad-based points available only in the mobile app
  • All points usable across both app and website

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Policy governed by Indian law. Disputes under Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update the policy anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
